BE PART OF THE SOLUTION. GET INVOLVED.
The Family Crisis Council is very grateful for the tremendous support we receive from our community. As a non-profit organization, without this support it would be very difficult to help women and children who have been victims of rape, incest, sexual assault or domestic violence rebuild their lives. There are many ways you or your organization can help:
We have divided our wish list into three categories Urgent Needs; Standard Needs; and Ambitious Wishes. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated! If you have any questions, please e-mail

ADOPT- A-WEEK
We are looking for individuals or groups to adopt a week at the shelter. During your scheduled week, you or your group would bring two gallons of milk, three loaves of bread, two dozen eggs and one pack of butter. Items are usually delivered on Sunday or Monday.
ADOPT-A-FAMILY
Survivors of domestic violence often start over with very little household goods (if any). Consider sponsoring a specific family by providing furniture, beds (inflatable mattresses work too), or kitchen supplies such as pots/pans, dishes, silverware and glasses. Visit our Adopt-A-Family page for specific wishes.
